What about the trees?

The luxury eco resort-style complex is being developed in such a way as to encourage regrowth of the existing rain forest and to rehabilitate the fauna which make the location so magnificent. As part of the development approval, majority of the land is dedicated as forest rehabilitation zones free from man’s influence, while the remaining trees are situated around the houses, along the lagoon edge and next to the roads.

It features elevated walkways throughout the forest which light up at night, viewing platforms amongst the trees for bird-watching and picnic areas for families to re-connect with nature.

It also offers private recreational facilities for the home owners, including a swimming pool, gymnasium, sauna, clubhouse, tennis court and their own private slipway for investors to enjoy all the water sports which Knysna has to offer.
